Alberto Fuentes, Director of Service

With over 13 years of experience in the service and hospitality industry, Alberto joined the Currant American Brasserie team in 2014 and is responsible for directing front of house service. Alberto has worked in every front of house position and has an acute knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures involved in creating a first class dining experience. His background includes six years as the Lead Bartender and Food & Beverage Supervisor for the Clubhouse and Nightclub at the renowned Five-Star/Five-Diamond resort, The Grand Del Mar. Alberto has also held key positions at The Lafayette Hotel and The Hyatt Regency Islandia, furthering his experience in hospitality management

Alberto’s highest objective at Currant is to create a seamless and satisfying guest experience from arrival to departure. His innate passion for supreme service and culinary excellence circulates through his team and creates a welcoming and pleasurable dining experience.
