CHRIS COOKE:
Chris is no stranger to the restaurant industry. With over 20 years of restaurant experience, he has been established as a highly respected member of the community. Chris has been at the helm of various prestigious restaurants including Carlsbad's "Belle Fleur", Anaheim's "Thee Whitehouse" and Gaslamp's "Donovans Steak and Chop House".

Chris is paramount to the success of Currant Brasserie in that he is a well respected leader, while maintaining an undying dedication to respect the guests and his employees.
